One prompt serves people and agents

What it does

A prompt is a saved set of instructions for an agent. A capability is one named action with shared value definitions and a server-side implementation. A projection builds a callable interface from capabilities.¶

/prompts lists published prompts.¶
Each detail page shows the full prompt, a copy control, and its credit.¶
Markdown is the default representation. Browsers request HTML.¶
listPrompts and getPrompt expose the same source through capability projections.¶

The standard

.brain/resources/prompts/ owns the source. The content build owns derived assets.¶
Title, description, and body must contain text. Validation reports independent failures together.¶
Core owns the PromptLibrary port, an interface for listing and reading prompts.¶
Content and command-line adapters implement that interface for their data sources.¶
The public catalogue requires no identity or mutable database record.¶
Existing Worker infrastructure serves the assets. No prompt execution or scheduling occurs here.¶
Foldkit¹⁶ Messages and Commands own clipboard interaction. Prompt text remains unchanged.¶

How to check

Run the full check, test, and build gate.¶
Open /prompts/hill-climb and copy its text.¶
Disable JavaScript. Read the full prompt and its credit.¶
Request /prompts without an HTML Accept header. Check the Markdown list.¶
Call listPrompts, then call getPrompt with a returned slug.¶
Check that an unknown slug returns UnknownPrompt.¶
